About the Role

As our Interior Designer & Showroom Sales Consultant, you’ll use your expertise in kitchen and bath design to guide clients through the design process, recommend materials and layouts, and close sales with confidence. This is a client-facing, design-meets-sales position perfect for someone who enjoys both creativity and results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and present custom kitchen and bath layouts using design software (e.g., 2020 Design)
  • Greet showroom visitors and provide consultations tailored to client needs and budgets
  • Prepare estimates, proposals, and final sales presentations
  • Guide clients through cabinetry, countertop, tile, and fixture selections
  • Build strong relationships with contractors, builders, and retail clients
  • Follow up on leads and manage sales pipeline to meet or exceed targets
  • Stay current on trends, materials, and building codes

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in interior design, preferably focused on kitchen and bathroom projects
  • Experience working in a retail showroom or sales environment
  • Strong knowledge of cabinetry lines, countertops, hardware, and fixtures
  • Proficiency in design tools such as 2020, AutoCAD, or SketchUp
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of closing sales
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
  • Weekend availability required (showroom hours)
